A Tutorial on Web Browsing with Microsoft Internet Explorer

Do you have the latest software? If not, stop by our Getting Started page and download a copy.

Microsoft's Internet Explorer is a WWW browser that may come with many optional components (depending on which package you download from Microsoft). Optional packages that are not a part of the minimum installed Internet Explorer version 3.0a (for Win3.1, WinNT 3.51), or version 3.10 (for Win95 or WinNT 4.0) are indicated as such.

1. Internet Explorer's Browser Component. You may start with the Toolbar and proceed through the tutorial in order.

2. Microsoft Internet Mail Component (optional).

3. Microsoft Internet Newsreader (optional).
